George Henry Eyre
---The Rev. W.S. Carpenter of Lansing performed the last rites at funeral services for George Henry Eyre, in the Kelser Funeral home, at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. Members of the Marshall Commandry, John Gauss, Frank D. Schafer, Edward D. Greenfield, Wm. G. Noneman, E.B. More and Arlo J. Sanders served as bearers. Knights Templar were in charge of commitment services at the grave in Oakridge cemetery, with the Rev. John W. Kitching of Albion acting as prelate. Mr. Eyre, who passed after a long period of failing health, received tribute from a host of friends who sent beautiful floral offerings.
