Graveside service for Carroll Wright Sr, 59, of Decatur was to be today at 2 p.m. at Decatur City Cemetery with the Rev. Ted Agee and the Rev. Doug Ripley officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Wright died Saturday at Decatur General Hospital. He was born March 12, 1936, in Dallas. He was a graduate of Decatur High School and Howard College in Birmingham. He was also a member of Victory Worship Service.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Wright; one son, Carroll Wright Jr of Decatur; one daughter, Cynthia Simms of Decatur; one sister, Gerry Baugher of Athens; and one granddaughter.
