Ida is the daughter of the late Aubrey and Sarah (douthitt)Weir.

Ida is survived by 2 brothers, Aubrey Weir of Fort Meyers, Florida, and Harry Weir of Crossville, Illinois; one sister, Mary Newman of Louisiana, 12 step grandchildren and 14 step great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by his husband Charles Whitlow in 2003, 2 brothers, Robet L Weir and Donald Weir.

Services were held at Austin Stendeback Family Funeral Home and burial to follow at Beech Grove Cemetery.
