Jack L. Lewellen

Jack L. Lewellen, 48, Henryville, died at 1:28 p. m. Friday, Oct. 29, 1999, at Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY.
He was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church and an employee of Essroc Cement in Speed.
He was born July 6, 1951, at Scottsburg, to Leon and Iverna Wilson Lewellen.
On Feb. 11, 1972, he married the former Susan Garlinger. She survives.
Other survivors include: his parents of Pekin; a son, Bob Lewellen, Henryville; two daughters, Pamela Wilmoth and Carrie Lewellen, both of Henryville; three sisters, Linda Kaina, Henryville, Leisa Lewellen, Pekin, and Lora Coles Columbus, and two grandchildren.
Visitation was set for after 8 a. m. Tuesday at Weathers Funeral Home in Salem.
Funeral services were set for 2 p. m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial was to follow in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
