Cynthia L. Blatt, 52, Spring Township, died Feb. 27, 2007. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Kay (Lockyer) Welder, Mohrsville, and the late Charles B. Welder. She was a teacher's aide at Cornwall Terrace Elementary School, Sinking Spring, for 12 years, last working Monday. Cindy was a member of Wyomissing United Church of Christ, Gouglersville. She was a 1973 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. Cindy was a member of the ladies auxiliaries of Sinking Spring VFW and the Sinking Spring Fire Company. She is survived by her husband and three daughters. Other survivors include a brother and a grandson. She was predeceased by a brother, Glen D. Welder. Services will be Saturdy at noon in the Edward J. Kuhn funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Shillington.
