Architect. A graduate of Cornell University, some of his important projects include the renovation and expansion of the Virginia State Capitol (1904), the Virginia State Insurance Corporation Building, the Young Women's Christian Association building, and the Crippled Children's Hospital at the Medical College of Virginia, all in Richmond. He was the father of prominent architect Henry Coleman Baskerville, who added an "e" to the family name.
