John Troy Camp, 47, of Columbus, died Friday, March 25, 2011, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Friday at Cornerstone Community Church in Seymour.
Arrangements were made by Voss Chapel in Seymour.
Mr. Camp is survived by his children, Troy Camp, Alec Camp and Cody Camp; and several brothers and sisters.

John Troy Camp, 47, of Columbus, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Born May 18, 1963, he was the son of Kenneth LaVern and Barbara Jean (Watson) Camp.
John was employed in construction as a drywall finisher.
He is survived by his children, Troy Camp, Alex Camp, Cody Camp; and several brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 1, at Cornerstone Community Church, Seymour, at 6:00 PM.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Voss Funeral Service and Tri-County Crematory, Seymour, IN.
