STRICKEN WHILE PICKING PEARS
Walter Platt Sr, Millville, died suddenly of a heart attack shortly before noon today. The deceased was about 55 years old. Platt a shearer at the Armstrong Cork Company Plant, was picking pears this morning with a friend when he collasped. He was dead on Arrival to City Hall. He was a lifelong resident of Millville, and is survived by wife Ella Platt, two sons and three daughters.
