Born Jan. 13, 1973, in Rockford, the son of Jerry and Velma (Smith) Hill. Married Kim Wallace. Volunteer fireman for South Beloit. Roy enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking. Survivors include his wife, Kim; sons, Ryan and Randy; mother, Velma Bernice Hill; brother, Myron (DeeAnn) Midgett; sisters, Linda (Dave) Wagner and Diane (Dave) Smith; father- and mother-in-law, Ron (Pat) Wallace; brother-in-law, Kevin Wallace; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father. Visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, in Delehanty Funeral Home Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, Ill. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
