But? In 1859, I have found some records of the Settlement of Susan Ruby's Estate....... specifically, regarding her grandchildren from John and Milly Smithhart. The records say....
Francis Smithart orphaned child of John and Millie Smithart, deceased
..... and it says that for each child: James, Martha and Sarah.
