Mrs Sally Taylor Perry, widow of John Thomas Perry of Lexington, TN died May 15, 1963 in Lexington General Hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at Maple Springs Baptist Church, near Mercer, with burial to follow in the church's cemetery. Officiating is Rev Lawson Williamson, pastor, and Dr EE Denser, paster of the First Baptist Church in Lexington.

Mrs Perry was born and reared in the Maple Springs community, daughter of the late RW Taylor and Mary Pentecost Taylor. She made her home in that community until moving to Lexington in 1944 to live with her daughter, Mrs Sam C Jones.

She was a member of Maple Springs Baptist Church and was an active member of the church and Sunday school until she moved to Lexington. Her husband preceded her in death in Dec 1944.

Survivors: a son, Robert Turner Perry of New Augusta, MS; three daughters, Mrs Sam C Jones of Lexington, Mrs Lessie Wiggins of North Little Rock, AR and Mrs JO Derryberry of Lonake, AR; 13 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
