Mr. Rachal died December 26, 2002 in the North Monroe Hospital. He was born in Natchitoches Parish,to Numa and Ada Rachal and had been a resident of Tensas Parish for the last four years. He was a loyal New Orleans Saints Fan. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of World War II.
Mr. Rachal will join his Mother and Father,2 brothers, Telish and John, a sister, Aleda, and a son, Larry Doyle.
Mr. Rachal is survived by his wife, Susan Peters Rachal,of Newellton,10 children: George Ray Rachal,twins Linda and Ronnie Rachal,Millard Rachal,Randy Rachal,John Wayne Rachal,James Rachal,Deborah Rachal Dennington,George Lynn Rachal and Elizabeth (Liz) Rachal,and three sisters, Alma Black of W.Monroe,Mae Brossett and Lelia Bennett,both of Monroe.Numerous grandchildren,great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
