Funeral services for Dean C. Fowler, 51, native resident of the Dewey-Bartlesville vicinity and travel analyst in the Transportation Division of the Supply and Transportation Department of the Phillips Petroleum Company will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Memorial Chapel at the Arnold Moore Funeral Residence. The Reverend E.E. Butts, minister of the Town and Country Christian Church, of which he was an active member, will be the officiant and interment will be directed in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Fowler passed away Monday night in a local hospital where he had been a patient for the past two weeks.
Born February 19, 1919 in Dewey, Mr. Fowler was reared and received his education in the Dewey schools. He was married in Tulsa to the former Miss Margaret B. Mitchell in 1943 and they established their first home there. Before joining the Phillips Company as a clerk in the Transportation Division in August 1945, he was associated with the Spartan Aircraft Company in Tulsa.
Final rites and interment will be directed by the Arnold Moore Funeral Service.
