There is some confusion as to her date of birth. The document Georgia Deaths 1919 - 1998 says that she was 86 years old when she died on 24 March 1975 which would mean she was born in 1888 or 1889. The census report of 1900 says she was born in May 1887, and because that date was most likely provided by a parent, I've chosen to use it in a genealogy. The US Social Security Death Index (SSDI) says that she was born on 25 May 1893 and died in March 1975 at 81 years, 9 months.
