Eli Marcotte
ORLAND, Calif. — Eli Marcotte, 71, Orland, died July 24 at his home.
Mr. Marcotte was born March 15, 1917, in Aurora, Kan. He moved to Albany, Ore., in 1951, where he worked as a parts manager for the Chevrolet Auto Parts Co. He later was a school district bus manager. He moved to Orland in 1978.
Survivors include his wife, Ella of Albany, Ore.; two sons, Rick of Albany and Marvin of Philamath, Ore.; one daughter, Janice Morehouse of Copper Center, Ala.; four sisters, Armeline Giroux of Salina, Kan., Sister Marie Marcotte of the Medaille Center, Salina, Kan., Lena Craig of Albany and Laurette Fief of Corvallis, Ore.; and four grandchildren.
The body was cremated. Inurnment will be at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Albany.
The Van Hook Funeral Chapel, Chico, Calif., was in charge.
