Dorothy (Laycock) Conlon of 96 Madison Drive, Berlin, died unexpectedly Thursday (Oct. 18) in Rutland, Vt. Born in Lawrence, Mass., she was a nursing graduate of Lawrence General Hospital, and had lived in New Britain until moving to Berlin 20 years ago. She was a member of St. Paul's Church, Kensington. A registered nurse, she was assistant evening supervisor at Newington Children's Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Frank L. Conlon; a son, Frank L. Conlon of River Edge, N.J.; a daughter, Kathleen Conlon of Old Bridge, N.J.; her mother, Mrs. George Laycock of Newton Junction, N.H. Funeral service will be Monday, 8 a.m., from Kenney-Luddy Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St., New Britain, and 9 a.m., in St. Paul's Church, Kensington. Burial will be in Maple Cemetery, Kensington. Calling hours are Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
