The funeral of Scott Best, whose mysterious death in this city was recorded last week, was held Monday, services being performed by Rev. Cal Ogburn of the Christian church. Judge Morris had communicated with his relatives in New York and the money was forwarded for the funeral. Mr. McClintock who had worked with Best on the pipe line had heard him speak of his father in New York and this was the only clue that led to the whearabouts of his people , and saved him from a nameless grave.
