Phyllis Augusta Fisher, 78, of Perry, was the daughter of Frank Barney and Emma (Alwardt) Jurgens. She was born on September 26, 1925 in Sigel, Illinois and died Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at the Perry Memorial Hospital.

Phyllis married Clarence Lewis Fisher on December 28, 1951 in Sigel, Illinois. He preceded her in death on November 1, 1996. She was a member of the
St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and the Altar Society.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2003 at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Father Tom Dowdell will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. There will be a family visitation from 6:00 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2003 at the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2003 at the Swengel O'Dell Funeral Home in Neoga, Illinois. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home.

Phyllis is survived by two sons, Mark Fisher and his wife, Kim, of Perry, Oklahoma and David Fisher; one daughter, Nancy E. Sangirardi and her husband, Peter, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and five grandchildren, Jennifer Fisher of Boston, Massachusetts, Steven Fisher and Macy Fisher, both of Perry, Oklahoma, and Kristen Sangirardi and Joe Sangirardi, of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
