Donald William Talbot was born 01/18/1927 the son of Oscar Edward and Mabel Fern(Michaels)Talbot. Born and raised in Hancock Co. West Virginia along with two brothers, Robert Edward and Fredrick Lee and one sister, Evelyn. He is a veteran of WWII serving in both the United States ARMY and US AIR FORCE. He married Ruby Margaret Geer and they raised nine children: Donald Paul(deceased), Edwin Ralph(deceased), Marvin Lee, Larry(deceased), Dennis James, Sandra Lynn, Kenneth Raye(deceased), Shirley Jean and Richard Wayne.
