William was subsequently united in marriage to Mabel Pearl Schroeder on Saturday, 16 June 1917, in Greensburt, Kiowa County, Kansas. Mrs. Bullard preceded William in death on Sunday, 28 October 1945. They were married 24 years, 8 months. To their union was born one child: daughter Norene Pearl Bullard.
Mr. Bullard was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and infant sister Ella E. Bullard.
Survivors include daughter Norene Pearl Bullard, sister Etta May Bullard Huckaby, sister Mary Grace Bullard Exendine, sister Frances Felica Bullard Flynn, brother James Andrew Bullard, Jr., and sister Enid Jane Bullard Clark.
Interment occurred at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park of 4701 Marysville Boulevard, Sacramento, Sacramento County, California.
