"Mrs. Childers Dies at Age 74
Mrs. Telia Childers, 74, of 1420 SW 23, died Saturday. Services are tentatively set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Kentucky Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will be in Sunny Lane Cemetery.
She was born in Spur, Texas, and moved to Oklahoma City in 1903. Mrs. Childers was a member of the Kentucky Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors are two sons, Arthur, 4904 Brunson, and James H., Little Rock, Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Giddens, 2201 W Park, and Mrs. Ben Malone, Waurika, and two brothers, Jesse Jones, Drumright, and H. M. Jones, Compton, Calif."
