Clarence "Jack" Lewis Culwell , Private family services for Clarence Jack Lewis Culwell, 58, Bandon, will be held this afternoon, under the direction of the North Bend Chapel of Campbell-Watkins Funeral Homes.
Mr. Culwell was bom Dec. 26, 1922, in Norman, Okla., and died April 13 [1981] in Coos Bay [Oregon]. He had been a resident of Bandon ' since 1976, and was a machinist for Pierce Trailer and Equipment Co.
Survivors include his widow, Mildred; a son [nephew], Kenneth Blackburn, both of Bandon; sisters, Erma Angle, Vera Hendricks and Hettie Bjorge, all of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and two brothers, Carl of Portland and Clyde of Fairview.
