Miss Elizabeth Anders, aged about 75 years, died at the home of a nephew, W. B. Spaid of 1166 Willowdale avenue, at 9:45 o'clock last night. Death was caused by pneumonia, and complications, although Miss Anders had been in poor health for two years.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. F. G. Fried, will be held at Mr. Spaid's home at 4 o'clock Wednesday. The body will be placed in the Grace Lawn receiving vault, and later will be buried in the Prairie street cemetery.
Miss Anders was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Anders and was born in Juniata county, Pennsylvania, coming west with her parents forty-five years ago at which time they purchased what is now the Chris Frailey farm, west of this city. Miss Anders had lived with her nephew, Mr. Apaid, for sixteen years. The only near relative surviving is a sister, Mrs. George Rice of Toledo, who is 86 years old, and is reported as critically ill.
