Harold E. Treffert, fifteen year old son of Mr and Mrs Emil Treffert of the town of Weston, passed away at home yesterday morning at 11:50 after an illness of five days with pneumonia. Funeral services are to be conducted Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Helke funeral home, the Rev P.W. Roehrs officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove cemetery.
The deceased was born March 1, 1914 at Chilton and had lived with his parents in the town of Weston six years. He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Mrs Harold Anderson of Ashland and Miss Margaret Treffert of Stockbridge; and four brothers, Charles of Fond du Lace, Walter of Wausau, Oscar of Green Bay and Emil Jr of Seymour.
