Death of Harry Wilson.

Harry, the eleven year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred S. Wilson, died Wednesday, May 18th, at the parent's home on South Main street in this city. He had been sick for some time, first giong through a siege of measles and then being taken with pneumonia. He was the eldest child of the family, and this was the third time death had entered the home in about two years. Harry was an exceptionally bright boy, being studious in his school work and for his age an accomplished musician. He was born on May 28th, 1899, in this city. The parents have the sincere symphaty of many friends in their bereavement.

This is too Bad

No family in our city, we believe, has passed through more sorrow and bereavement than has the family of Alfred S. Wilson. About three years ago they lost two bright little boys aged four and seven from diphtheria. That which added to this burden of sorrow was that Mr Wilson was, at that time, working in California.

Now death has claimed two more from complications following measles. Harry, an exceptionally bright and good little fellow, aged eleven, was buried on the 20th of this month. He was loved by everybody, his school teacher, Sunday school teacher all sending words to be spoken with those of Mr. Mulhollen, his pastor, at his funeral. His casket was literally buried in flowers, the gifts of those who knew and loved him. He had attended the Methodist Sunday school for five years and had missed only three Sundays, two of them were when his little brothers were sick with the diphtheria. He was a example of childish fidelity.

On Tuesday of this wekk the little baby was buried, having died on Sunday evening. Little Alvin Leon would have been two years old on the 25th of the coming July. He made a hard fight for life. He is the last of four boys to be taken, as we have said, all within three years. One little daughter is all that is left to them.

The family has our deepest sympathy as we are sure it does of that of the whole city.
