Born in Francesville, Ind., Jan. 22, 1908, he was the son of John and Pearl (Tillett) Garrigues. In 1935 he married Winifred Boyer, who survives.
He had lived in Kokomo since 1952 and was a member of the Francesville Christian Church, the Isaak Walton League, and was a Service Respresentative for the Public Service Co.
Surviving with the widow are a son, Jack Garrigues, Kokomo; three brothers, Charles Garrigues of Kokomo, Ralph Garrigues of Cleveland, Ohio and Webb Garrigues of Phoenix, Ariz.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. in the Ellers Funeral Chapel. Entombment will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
Persons desiring may make a memorial contribution to the Howard County Heart Association.
