Bettye N Barron, 79, recently of Ripley, TN, formerly of Memphis died on June 2, 2011, at Lauderdale Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin T. Barron Sr., owner of Barron's Grocery in Memphis and her son Edwin T Barron Jr of Memphis. Mrs. Barron was born on December 28, 1911 in Okolona, MS. She is survived by her daughter, Jana Barron Harris of Ripley, TN; sister, Jan Murphy of Houston, TX, and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:30-8 p.m., on Saturday, June 4, at Family Funeral Care. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2011, also at Family Funeral Care.
