Services for Clay Harsin, 25, Harvey, who died July 24, 1983 at Iowa Methodist Hospital, Des Moines, were held July 27 at the First Regular Baptist Church.
Interment was in Breckenridge Cemetery. Rev. S. D. Bodwell officiated at the services. Music was provided by Donna Murdock, organist, and Karen Juline, vocalist. Pallbearers were Bob Klootwyk, Jeff Klootwyk, Craig Augspurger, Kirk Visser, Jim Klootwyk, Kent Klootwyk, Mike Brause, and Jr. Swayne.

Mr. Harsin was born August 9, 1957 the son of Willis and Maxine Klootwyk Harsin. He attended the Knoxville Area Schools. He farmed with his father on the family farm near Harvey. He was a member of the First Regular Baptist Church in Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, paternal grandmother, and two uncles. He is survived by his parents; one brother, Doug of Longmont, Colo.; one sister, Mrs. Randy (Nancy) Simard of Knoxville; his grandfather, Gilbert Harsin of Knoxville; three nieces and a nephew
