Rilla Mae McDonald
Mrs. Rilla M. McDonald, 72 of 1111 Maple St., died in a local hospital Tuesday morning following a brief illness.
Mrs. McDonald was born in Andover, Kansas, April 16, 1889, and had lived in Seattle for many years prior to moving to Everett two weeks ago.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Edith Grubbs of 5625 Highway Pl. and Mrs. Mable Edwards of Gillette, Wyoming; two brothers, Glen Edwards of Longview and Clyde Edwards of San Diego, California; a niece, Mrs. Ernest Bunney of 1111 Maple St; a nephew, Douglas Else of Lowell; and a number of nieces and nephews in Seattle, Portland, Oregon and in Wyoming.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at The funeral home of Purdy and Walters. The Rev. R. Dewitt Howell of the Church of God will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
