JACK H. BLANKENSHIP
The memorial service for Jack H. Blankenship, 69, of Medford who died Sunday, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Perl Funeral Home. Officers and members of Warren Masonic Lodge, AF&AM will officiate. Private inurement will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Santa Cruz, Calif.
Mr. Blankenship was born April 6, 1916, in Spartenburg, S.C. In 1973 he moved to Medford from Gold Beach. He was a self-employed paralegal.
He had been a member of the Port Orford Masonic Lodge, AF&AM, since 1944. He also was a member of the Rogue Valley Council on Aging and the Medford Senior Center.
Survivors include one son, John Blankenship, Santa Clara, Calif.; two daughters, Susan Max, San Jose, Calif., and Elizabeth Bryden, Carcross, Yukon Territory; six brothers, Wilburn Blankenship, London, Ky., Guy Keistler, Strawberry Plains, Tenn., E. J. Keistler, Parrotsville, Tenn., Fred Blankenship, Bybee, Tenn., I.A. McMahan, Greenville, Tenn., and Johnie McMahan, Ashland, Ala.; and nine grandchildren.
