EDWARDS - Recitation of the Rosary for Dave Edwards, 79, will be held Friday, May 5, at 7:45 p.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sunnyside.

Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday morning, May 6 in St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Sunnyside, in charge of arrangments.

Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife, Ella Edwards of Grandview: one daughter, Mrs. Anna Wilson, Vernita, Ore.: eight sons: Charles, Basin, Wyoming; William, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Lawrence, Casper, Wyoming; Otha, Greybull, Wyoming; Leonard, Tujunga, Calif.; Chester, Prosser; Richard, Los Angeles, Calif. and Deyoe, Seattle: three brothers, Charles, Casper, Wyoming; Joseph, Gillette, Wyoming and Deyoe, Casper, Wyoming. Born in Leon, Ken., he moved with his parents to Missouri in 1908.

Dave Edwards and Ella Flanagan were united in marriage in Harrison County, Mo.' and made their home there until 1916 when they moved to Colorado, later to Wyoming, in 1942 to Seattle and in 1944 to Sunnyside where he did carpenter work until his retirement in 1952. He was a member of the Catholic Church.

William Dirard Edwards is the son of Charles Henry Edwards and Rebecca Ann Kindred Edwards.

William Dirard Edwards is the husband of Ella Rebecca Flanagan, married 28 Oct 1908 in Harrison County, Missouri.
