Jim earned a business and printing degree from Northcentral Technical College. He was employed with the Water & Sewerage Utility for the city of Wausau. Jim truly enjoyed life. His interests included bowling, gambling at Bowler, visiting friends, camping, and many outdoor activities.
Survivors besides his wife, Joan, include one son, Lee Adamsheck, Wausau, his parents, William and Marie Adamsheck; and a sister, Lori (Blaine) Kohnen, Wisconsin Rapids. He was preceded in death by one brother, Launie, and two sisters, Dr. Beverly Adamsheck, Illinois, and Judy (Joe) Vega of Illinois.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 1997 at Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. The Rev. Robert Edwards of Our Savior's Lutheran Church will officiate. Internment will be in the Restlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, and again from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Thursday.
