86, of Springfield died at 5:55 a.m. Friday at her residence.
She was born July 6, 1905, in Tilden, the daughter of Edward and Mary Franklin Taylor. She married Orbley Otto Ramsey in 1922 in Tilden, and he preceded her in death in 1980. Mrs. Ramsey was a member of the DAV Auxiliary.
Surviving are six daughters, Edith Rogers and Violet McQuern, both of Springfield, Ruby M. Singer of Simi Valley, Calif., Thelma Miller of Mount Olive, Catherine Koett of Jerome, Idaho, and Darlene Long of Reseda, Calif.; two sons, Orbley of Decatur and Edward of Springfield; 35 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Navins of Florida.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home, with the Rev. John O. McIntyre officiating. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
