June 20, 2011 note from Donald Patrick, "Had a lengthy discussion with the Bryan City Cemetery Manager. He says they had to assume control the Oakwood Cemetery in 1963. They had to do a visual inspection of the cemetery to determine who was buried there. He told me that though Arthur could be buried there, if he was buried without a headstone, he says the city has no record of Arthur being buried at Oakwood Cemetery."
