Charlie Toney, 77, resident of Mangham, La., died in a Rayville clinic at 9 o'clock Thursday night.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Weathersby, Miss. Internment will follow in the Poplar Springs cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral home of Rayville.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Kate Toney, twins Earl and Earline of Mangham, Frank of Eudora, John of Lake Providence, J.W. of Rayville and Tommy Toney of Lake Village; two daughters beside the twin, Mrs. Ida Reynolds of Kilbourne and Mrs. Tilda Leggit of Transylvania.

Also surviving are four brothers, Joe and Willie Toney of Westhersby, Miss., Dan and George of Rayville; four sisters, Miss Emma Toney of Vidalia, Miss Lela Toney of D'lo, Miss., Mrs. Matt Mayes of McGee, Miss., and Mrs. Winnie Hemphill of D'lo, Miss.
