Laura Elizabeth Dailey Ennis, 73, died Sunday at Candler Hospital.
Born in Bloomingdale, GA, she was the widow of Norman Franklin Ennis, II.
She was a member of the Springhill Baptist Church and had formerly worked at Union Camp Corporation as a Machine Operator in the Bag Department from 1945-1955. She was the owner of Ennis Mobile Home Park on Ferguson Avenue since 1959.
SURVIVORS: a daughter, Christine Ennis Degenhardt of Savannah; a son and daughter-in-law, Norman Franklin Ennis, III and Sheila L. Ennis of Savannah; five brothers, Joseph A. Dailey of Ellabell, GA, Ernest Dailey and E. Bradford Dailey, both of Greer, SC, Lawrence W. Dailey of Cornelia, GA, and John Martin Dailey of Savannah; three grandchildren, Norman F. Ennis, IV and Lori M. Fritts both of Savannah and Jennifer A. Silva of Lens, Belgium; four great-grandchildren, Jason Ennis, Christopher Ennis, Samantha Silva and Jennifer Whalley; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 9-11 a.m. Friday, Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel.
