ALLEN, Lloyd Lester, age 71, of Point Roberts, passed away at his home Monday, Sept. 3, (1962) following an extended illness. He had been a resident of Point Roberts since 1925 and was a retired fisherman. Surviving are his wife Myrtle; one daughter, Mrs. Robert Fohlen of Mill Valley, Calif.; one brother, George Allen of Seattle; two sisters, Mrs. Oscar Farnum of Blaine and Mrs. Kay Keifer of Marysville, also three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Point Roberts Lutheran Church, Friday, Sept. 7, at 2 p. m. with Rev. Ernie Loreen officiating. Cremation will follow with arrangements by the McKinney Funeral Home.
