Agnes Marie Spillman was born on July 1, 1912 at St. Joseph, MO to Louis and Lilly Mae (Rich) Spillman. She grew up and attended school in Missouri and Iowa. She moved with her family to Fargo in the 1930's.
Agnes married Leonard Loberg on July 3, 1936 at Sioux City, IA. They made their home in West Fargo, ND. Agnes was an avid gardener and served as a caregiver to their son, Kevin for 44 years.
She is survived by two sons, Garland (Marcy) of Fargo, Dennis of Duluth, MN; daughter, Charlene (John) Loberg-Saur of Iowa City, IA; eight grandchildren, Brian Loberg, Julie Loberg, Troy Loberg, Terry Loberg, Jill (George) Hoene, Heidi (Tim) Loberg-Kreft, Mathew (Joyce) Saur, Lindsay (Joel) Hartman; nine great grandchildren, Christine Hoene, Emily Hoene, Ashley Hoene, Eric Loberg-Kreft, Matthew Kreft, Kyra Kreft, Emma Hartman, Nicholas Loberg and Michael Loberg; and a sister, Pat (John) Eide of Everett, WA.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Kevin; daughter-in-law, Joyce Loberg; a brother; and four sisters.
Funeral: Monday, July 27, 2009 at 11 AM at the West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo with visitation from 10 to 11 AM.
Burial: Horace Lutheran Cemetery, Horace, ND
