He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Vera Mae Austin Aber married 3-5-1948 in Oklahoma City, Ok; son, Randy Aber and wife, Penny, of Oklahoma City; son, Hal Aber and wife, Sue, of McAlester, OK;
5 grandchildren: Ryan Aber and wife, Kim; Nick Aber and wife, Frauna; Josh Aber; Sean Aber and wife, Melissa; and Reed Perryman and wife, Ashley.
5 great-grandchildren: Kaylee Aber, Sydney Aber, Zain Aber, Triston Aber and Kaden Aber.
Graveside services with military honors were at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 9, at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
