Funeral services for Joseph Edwin Berlin, 92, of 290 Clark St., Green River, were conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Walk Mortuary in Rupert, Idaho. Burial was in the Rupert Cemetery.

Mr. Berlin died at his home in Green River Saturday, Dec. 30.

Born Oct. 17, 1880 at Huntsville, Utah, he was to son of Andrew E. and Caroline Tangren Berlin.

He married Lavinia Mary Paskett in Blackfoot, Idaho.

A resident of Green River the last 12 years, Mr. Berlin had previously been a farmer in Idaho before his retirement. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Surviving are two sons, Joseph Burton Berlin of Seattle, Wash. and Keith Paskett Berlin of Rupert, Idaho; a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Katheryn) Erickson of Almo, Idaho; six stepchildren, Mrs. Jesse (Nilac) Perry of Albino, Idaho, Mrs. Acie (Faye) Hymas of Green River, Mrs. Boone (Leone) Pyle and Lane Black, both of Heyburn, Idaho, J. Spencer Black of Burley, Idaho and Farrel Thomas Black of Terrerton, Idaho; 55 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
