Marie G. Anderson, daughter of James A. and Cora (Allen) Harvey, was born
September 24, 1904 in North Dakota. She died May 6, 1983 at her home in Castalia
at the age of 78 years, 7 months and 12 days.

She attended school in the Castalia area. On December 23, 1922 she was married
to Earl M. Anderson. To this union three sons were born.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl, in 1970, two
sisters, Lepha and Flossie and four brothers, Harry, Fay, Wayne and Ray.
Surviving are three sons, Rodney and Jerry, both of Castalia and William (Bill)
of Postville, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a sister, Violet
Christofferson of Drakesville, Iowa.
