Served as director of the Stark Federal Savings & Loan for 10 years and was the first president of the McKinley Savings & Loan.
He was a member of Christ United Presbyterian Church, Canton Lodge 68, F & AM, Nazir Grotto, Stark Consistory, 32nd Degree Masons, Tadmor Shrine, Canton Shrine Luncheon Club and Canton Elks Lodge.
His father's name was actually Glancy (not Clancy) and a request for correction has been sent.
