OBITUARY
Mrs. Mary Etta Miller was born at Elk Point, South Dakota, on December 11, 1873, and died at her home, 205 Locust avenue, in this city, Friday of last week, July 9th, 1920. She had been ill for the past two months and all that medical science could do was done, but to no avail.
On March 30th, 1898, she was united in marriage to Elmer Miller and to this union two daughters were born. Mrs. Miller came to Woodward from Wichita ten years ago and has made her home here ever since. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of this city and a member of the local Royal Neighbor lodge.
The deceased is survived by her two daughters, Miss Forrest Miller and Mrs. Robert Shields, both of this city; her father, Moses Christian, and other relatives: Mrs. W. H. Smith, of Arkansas City, Kansas; Mrs. J. M. Coggins, of Woodward; Tom and Jesse Christian, of Kibby; and Billy Christian, of Toledo, Ill.
The funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church Sunday afternoon at three o'clock, with Rev. G. K. Rogers in charge.
Interment was made in Elmwood cemetery.
