Mrs. Elizabeth Grant, 74, for many years a resident of this place, died at the home of her son, Walter Grant in Bay street, early Saturday morning following long illness,
She was born in Canada February 25, I850, and had been a resident of this country for the past 53 years. She was the widow Nelson Grant and a daughter Simon and Nancy Harris Bush.
She is survived by fire sons, Walter, Henry, Arthur, Everett and Charles, and one daughter, Florence, all of this place.
The funeral was held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'cIock at her home with burial in Bayside cemetery Wednesday.
