Bruce Leo Rodenkirch (KX8U), 74, was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Mr. Rodenkirch graduated from The University of Wisconsin in 1951 with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and joined The General Tire and Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio in 1953 where he worked as the manager of textile development until his retirement in 1985.

Bruce was a licensed Amateur Radio Operator, call sign KX8U (formerly WB8WFD), and an active member of The Cuyahoga Falls Amateur Radio Club, The TI Computer Club, and The General Tire Retirees Club. He was also a Reader at WCRS Reading Service for many years.

He was a member of St. Eugene Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls and served as a Reader.

Survived by his wife of 51 years, Irma; three daughters, five grandchildren. Also survived by brothers, Paul and Keith Rodenkirch of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and many nieces and nephews. [names of the living omitted]
