Rochester, Dec 8 - The body of Melvin Morton Frederick, 37, Bentleyville, was recovered from the Ohio river here today eight hours after he fell from a barge as he was walking ashore.
Beaver volunteer firemen recovered the body after moving several barges at the scene. Frederick had been employed by the West Penn Sand and Gravel Company to dismantle a dredge boat.
