Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hampton-Vaughan Funeral Home with the Dr. Earle W.; Crawford, pastor emeritus of First Presbyterian Church, and the Rev. Howard Chapman, assistant pastor or First Baptist church officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Palmer was born Oct 27, 1890, in Era, Texas. She grew up on an Archer County ranch and attended school in Gainesville, Texas, and Archer City, graduating from Archer city High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church and had lived at Presbyterian Manor for 12 ½ years. She was a former member of Woman's Forum and Order of the Easter Star. She and Wyatt F. Palmer were married Jun 10, 1912, in Burkburnett, where they made their home. They moved to Wichita Falls in 1922. He died Aug. 1, 1976. Her son, Fisher W. Palmer, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, a daughter, three sisters, 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Presbyterian Manor.
