In loving memory of my Sister, Barbara Louise Law

My sister Barbara was born July 26, 1944 in Yakima, WA, the daughter of August Wenz and Helen Bunney and lived in Everett, WA most of her life, moving to Ephrata, WA last July.

Barbara enjoyed her family, crafts, shopping and having yard sales.

June 26, 1999
Barbara Louise (Wenz) Law has been living at the Washington University Hospital on a heart machine, since August 18, 1998 finally had her heart transplant this morning at 0630. She is in the ICU Unit being kept stable.

Barbara was so excited last evening when I spoke with her, to think that she may get well enough to go home.

Barbara had a successful heart transplant, and was very happy to go home. She lived in Everett, Washington until about six months before her death.

Barbara is the loving mother of Keith, Darren, Kimberly and Chris.

Barbara enjoyed being a grandmother to her eight grandchildren.

Barbara L. Law, 57, of Ephrata, WA passed away on December 27, 2001.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents August and Helen Bunney.

Barbara's parents, August and Helen Wenz, were married on 3 Oct 1940 in Kittitas, Washington, United States. Barbara was the third child of them. I say this here because there was some misunderstanding of who her birth father was. This is now corrected.

They state that; "Hello Here is Barbara Law's obituary that should be replaced with the current bio on her memorial page. (The current bio is incorrect).
The obituary does say Melvin Philmlee was her father but her parents were the Wenz. Also of note, it says she is survived by a step-mother Vi Philmlee and and Philmlee siblings and also other assorted siblings (who I have no idea how they are all related).
This family is confusing."
I will do my best to investigate all of this.
