Debra Sue Wuerdeman, 56, of Fayetteville died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010 in Batavia Township.
She was a nurses aid at the Blanchester Care Center.
Wuerdeman was preceded in death by her sister Debbie Hall.
She is survived by her husband Bruce Wuerdeman, son Dan Wuerdeman, brothers Rob Moorehead, Mike Moorehead, parents-in-law Norman and Wilma Wuerdemann, and brother-in-law Bobby Wuerdeman.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010 at Myers Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
