This memorial was originally "plopped" in Prairie City Cemetery, Prairie City, McDonough County, Illinois. Prairie City was not platted until 1854. The "old" cemetery was not created until shortly after that. The current Prairie Cemetery was created in the 1870s, thus there were no cemeteries in Prairie City when Mr. Waddill passed.
Unless someone produces a family BIble with burial entries or a buried tombstone is unearthed, it is unlikely we will ever be able to prove his burial location. An educated guess would be that he was buried in King Cemetery where several of his children were later buried, but without proof this burial must remain unknown.
